Why?

SIP-adress is nesessary for working virtual number. If your subscribers can to call you just in case they know your phone number, you can take their calls as well after set a SIP-adress.
You can take calls using a PC application (client), application for mobile phone, SIP-phone.

After you log-in a PC-application (SIP-client) you can set redirection to your moblie, home of any apt phone and take calls moving around or being in the office.

What’s correct?

SIP-adress is like e-mail: it has @ in the middle. Generally SIP-adress consists of username (first part) and operatorname (second part):
login@sip.operator

Every registered user at moroko.ru has a SIP-adress. First part is a login and the second part is an operator:
patrick1980@sip.nonoh.net

If you want to change a SIP-adress for a purchased virtual number, just remember that the login must be a registerd name at an existing operator! You can set a SIP-adress during purchasing a virtual number or do it anytime after purchasing on your Account page (click onto purchased virtual numbers to do this). You can link several virtual numbers to one SIP-adress. A number must be payed to change its SIP-adress.

Virtual number is a foreign number. Calls are forwarded to your mobile, office or home phone. A virtual number may be the unified number for business or communication in the chosen land. International calls are expensive, your customers or friends prefer to call your foreign number, it’s easier for them. You just take calls on a custom phone.

You pay for calls forwarding from a VoIP account. This account can also be used to make calls (virtual number lets no outgoing calls). Use a virtual number for only 5,25 euro per month (when buy 6 month).

Some countries claims confirmation of buyer’s private data before number activation. So if you purchase a number in the following countries you will need:

Germany – a document confirming living place in the town you buy a number
France – an address in the town you buy a number, without documents show
Croatia – the same
Netherlands – the same
Norway – the same
(sorted from countries with the hardest conditions to the softest)

If you will need to show documents, preferred are:
-utility bills.
As confirmation documents can be showed also:
-ID number,
-passport,
-driver license,
-business licence.

The address must be visible and readable on the scan!
All documents must be issued of course by the country you purchase a number in.
You may buy a number, but without necessary confirmation you won’t be able to use it!
